What do I get when I buy?

You get the widget files (HTML, JS, CSS), an API key for your 4-D Optimizer API, and ready-to-paste embed snippets (iframe and script). You can embed the widget on as many sites as you want. No recurring fee.

How do I get my snippet after purchase?

You’ll receive an email with a redemption code. Go to our Get your snippet page, enter the code, and you’ll see your API key and embed code. Copy and paste them into your site.

Do I need my own API?

Yes. The widget calls your 4-D Optimizer API (POST to /optimize). You need to host that API and allow CORS from the sites where you embed the widget. Your purchase gives you the widget files and an API key that your backend validates.

Where can I embed the widget?

Any site that supports an iframe or a script tag: docs sites, course platforms, forums, wikis, SaaS dashboards. Host the widget files (or use our hosted version if offered) and add the snippet we give you.

What if my code doesn’t work?

Check that your redemption code is correct and that you haven’t already used it on another device. If it still fails, contact support with your purchase email and we’ll sort it out.

Refunds?

Refund policy is set by the platform you bought through (e.g. Gumroad or Lemon Squeezy). Contact us if you have a problem and we’ll work with you.
